Free weekly activities:

Every Saturday and Sunday: workout at Red Rocks Ampitheatre. This excellent outdoor workout takes place in and around the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This is a 2-hour full body session with both cardio and strength components. FREE for members!! Call or email us to sign up.
Every Sunday: Front Range trail run. Each week we choose a different location for this 60-90 min. trail run along the Front Range. This is a great way to explore new running and biking trails while getting in shape in the outdoors. FREE for members!! Call or email us to sign up.
Every Monday evening: ultimate frisbee game. Ultimate frisbee is an excellent no-contact sport for all ages and all levels. Our field is conveniently located in Lakewood and we invite any interested members to join us. Perfect way to meet other outdoor enthusiasts and learn a new sport! FREE for members when outdoors!! Only $5 for indoor games. Call or email us to sign up.
Every Thursday: outdoor fitness loop. This exercise is a combination of running (cardio) and strength training. It consists of a 4-mile run with various strength exercises along the way. FREE for members!! Call or email us to sign up.
We are planning to introduce frisbee golf to our weekly line-up of free activities. We will keep you posted. Any other suggestions? Send us an email!

Adventures for February 2010:

Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday February 13th, 15th and 16th, 2010: take your Valentine snowshoeing in the Rockies. This is an easy to intermediate level adventure perfect for beginners and people that would like to learn or tune up their snowshoeing skills. Meet at the central meeting point at 1pm. Includes transportation and all equipment. Member price is $49/pp. Retail price for non-members is $99/pp.
Monday February 15th, 2010: SNOW TUBING!! Slide down a 100-yard hill on an innertube and hold on for dear life! Or you could start out a bit more conservative on the 40 yard hill. Either way, this is going to be a lot of fun. Meet at the central meeting point at 1pm and we'll be back by 5pm. Includes transportation and use of the tubes. Member price is $29/pp. Retail price for non-members is $69/pp.
Friday February 19th, 2010: snowboard clinic. This is a beginner guided snowboarding adventure at the Breckenridge ski resort. Meet at the central meeting point at 8am. Includes transportation, all equipment, and full day ski lift ticket. Member price is $175/pp. Retail price for non-members is $299/pp.
Sunday February 21st, 2010: beginner to intermediate level rock climbing adventure. 4 hours of guided rock climbing close to Denver including all gear and safety equipment. Meet at the central meeting point at noon. Member price is $80/pp. Retail price for non-members is $169/pp. Weather permitting.
Friday February 26th, 2010: skiing at Breckenridge. This is a beginner level ski trip. Meet at the central meeting point at 8am. Includes transportation, all equipment, and full day ski lift ticket. Member price is $175/pp. Retail price for non-members is $299/pp.
