Multi-day Rocky Mountain National Park
DAY 1: at less than 2 hours driving from Denver lies Estes Park, CO at the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. Once in the park we start our beautiful drive on famous Trail Ridge Road (over 11,000 ft) along towering mountains and canyons, streams and meadows filled with elk. The drive ends at a beautiful trailhead high up in the mountains. From there you hike or snowshoe through pine forests, along mountain lakes, waterfalls, and spectacular rock formations. After a picnic with breathtaking views we return to civilization to visit the town of Estes Park where you can browse the local stores, eat an elk or buffalo burger and taste the local beer in one of the original town buildings. You spend the night in a mountain chalet overlooking the stream from the deck. This chalet has all the comforts of modern life to ensure you get a good rest for the next day.
DAY 2: we start out the day before sunrise because you are going on a long hike to summit a 14,000 ft mountain!! 
This is truly a life-changing experience. Our hike starts in the dark where our headlamps find their way their the pine forest. Around sunrise we clear the trees to enjoy the fascinating views of surrounding mountains and cities. Your guide will safely guide through various terrain to reach the summit (weather permitting) where 
you are treated to an "airplane-like" panorama across multiple mountain ranges. The feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction is simply overwhelming while you enjoy the butterflies in your stomach!! After a long descent we head back to Denver with an optional stop in Boulder, CO where you can walk around Pearl Street and soak up the unique atmosphere of this vibrant college town nestled in the foothills of the Flat Iron mountains. We can put together 4 through 14-day custom adventure vacations specific to your needs and requirements. This could include a 3-day hut trip along the Continental Divide, followed by a relaxing hot springs visit to re-energize your body and mind. Then get back into it with mountain biking the legendary Colorado Trail, rock climbing in the Front Range, and top it all of with summiting a 14,000 ft mountain! Not enough, how about adding a full day rafting adventure, and gold mine tour, and visit to some local breweries?? You name it, we will put it together for you!
