Denver Adventures and Zipline Tours is always looking for dedicated Guides to lead our zipline courses, outdoor adventures along with office staff. We’re looking for applicants who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining high standards, staying physically active, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a member of the team, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable Rocky Mountain adventures by leading with confidence, following established procedures, and providing friendly, attentive service to guests from all backgrounds.
A genuine passion for the outdoors and a strong understanding of outdoor activities
A positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented, energetic, and accountable
Able to create a fun, engaging experience for guests while staying focused and professional throughout the day
Comfortable leading and entertaining groups of all sizes with confidence and enthusiasm
Availability to work at least 35-40+ hours per week depending on the season (year-round and summer seasonal roles available). All guides will be scheduled 5 days on and 2 days off with the exception of a 6th day during our high season.
Excellent physical fitness, including strength and endurance for active, outdoor work
Living within 30 minutes of our Conifer office(26267 Conifer Rd, Conifer, Co 80433) with reliable transportation
Experience with ziplines, high ropes courses, or rock climbing is preferred for the zipline positions
Experience with mountain biking, hiking and snowshoeing for all other adventures is preferred.
Outdoor certifications such as WFR, EMT, ACCT, First Aid, or CPR are a plus, but not required
First Aid and CPR will be required once you get hired.
Familiarity with the local area, including parks, trails, and regional history, is beneficial
At least 21 years old, have a clean driving record(you will be responsible for transporting guests to and from the course and trailheads) and able to pass a background check
