    • All adventures include an 8% non-refundable fee at check-out which covers permits, river use fee, administration fee, and processing fee. No additional taxes will be applied. Book with confidence and convenience knowing all essential fees are included.

    • Experience an energizing journey with our package, including helmet, wet suit, booties and photos of your raft after your tour! Trust in our knowledge and expertise for a secure and satisfying adventure.

    • Minimum age to participate in the beginner rafting is 7 years old and 50lbs.

    • Minimum age to participate in the intermediate rafting is 14 years old.

    • Customers who do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.  This is to ensure fairness to all customers and avoid spaces being taken up unnecessarily.  However, you can make adjustments to your reservation up to 5 days before trip departure.  Please make sure you meet the necessary criteria before purchasing.

    • All minors (ages 17 and under) are required to have a parent or guardian present during the tour. For children 17 and under, a paying adult must accompany them on the tour.

    • Rafters must be in good physical condition and have some knowledge of swimming.  With our safety standards, we welcome individuals of all abilities. However, for the safety of our guests and staff, we kindly request that those with medical or physical restrictions contact us by phone beforehand.

    • As an industry expert, we strive to provide the most enjoyable experience for all guests. Therefore, we do not permit guests under the influence of controlled substances to participate. This policy ensures the enjoyment of everyone involved. Please note, no refunds or credits will be offered in such circumstances.

    • Unfortunately, pregnant mothers won’t be able to white water raft, due to the inherent risks.  However, you are welcome to cheer on your loved ones from a long side the creek.  Watch your loved ones participate while experiencing the atmosphere.

    • Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send you a waiver via email. Keep in mind, each person must fill out their own waiver ahead of time for a seamless experience. Parents or guardians can sign for those under 18.

    • Be fully prepared for your river rafting adventure with our comprehensive package! Bring warm clothes for after your journey, a swimsuit for under the provided wet suit, and a towel to dry off. With booties provided at check-in, there’s no need to worry about bringing shoes. Expertly planned for your comfort and convenience.

    • Reservations are non-refundable 7 days before trip departure, or 2 weeks for groups. This ensures availability for other travelers and guarantees a smooth and timely trip for all.

    • Arrive early for your white water rafting adventure and check-in 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will ensure a smooth and timely start to your adventure. Unfortunately, there are no refund for late arrivals.

    • If you booked the package with pick-up from downtown Denver, we will pick you up at the time listed on your confirmation email.

    • Our team of experts will contact you by phone to provide alternative options in case there are any issues with the tour.

  • Our rafting trips take place in the Idaho Springs area along Clear Creek, which is easily accessible from the Denver metro area. Detailed directions, parking information, and meeting instructions are provided after booking. Shuttle service is included when you book w/ pick-up with convenient pickup at Union Station in downtown Denver.
