Our rock climbing adventure accommodates climber ages 5 and up.  Customers who do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.  This is to ensure fairness to all customers and avoid spaces being taken up unnecessarily.  However, you can make adjustments to your reservation up to 72 hours before trip departure.  Please make sure you meet the necessary criteria before purchasing.

All minors (ages 17 and under) are required to have a parent or guardian present during the tour. For children 13 and under, a paying adult must accompany them on the tour, while children 14-17 only need a spectating adult.  Spectating is only $15 per person.

Climbers and spectators must be in good physical condition.  There is a 15-20 minute uphill hike.  Our rock climbing location is perfect for those seeking an exhilarating experience. With our safety standards, we welcome individuals of all abilities. However, for the safety of our guests and staff, we kindly request that those with medical or physical restrictions contact us by phone beforehand.

As an industry expert, we strive to provide the most enjoyable experience for all guests. Therefore, we do not permit guests under the influence of controlled substances to participate. This policy ensures the enjoyment of everyone involved. Please note, no refunds or credits will be offered in such circumstances.

Pregnant mothers can spectate & enjoy the experience for only $15/pp but unfortunately they can’t climb.  Watch your loved ones participate while experiencing the atmosphere.

Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send you a waiver via email. Keep in mind, each person must fill out their own waiver ahead of time for a seamless experience. Parents or guardians can sign for those under 18.

Experience every thrilling moment of your rock climbing adventure without any distractions or worries. Our exclusive policy eliminates the need for backpacks or camera/phone usage on the climbing route, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the adventure. Keep your phone safe in your zippered pocket and capture mental pictures or rent one of our Viewpoint cameras for unlimited footage.  Guides will not be able to take photos while you are climbing because they will be belaying you.

Stay hydrated on our tour with ease and care for the environment! Bring your own water bottle with a carabiner.  We provide extra water and snacks halfway through the tour .

Our tour requires guests to wear comfortable closed-toed shoes, such as tennis shoes or hiking boots(no sandals, heels or wedges). This ensures an enjoyable experience.

Reservations are non-refundable 72 hours before trip departure, or 2 weeks for groups. This ensures availability for other travelers and guarantees a smooth and timely trip for all.

Arrive early for your rock climbing adventure and check-in 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will ensure a smooth and timely start to your adventure. Unfortunately, there are no refund for late arrivals.
